Yes! We deliver Pan India — to all states and union territories. We partner with Bluedart, Delhivery, DTDC, and India Post for reliable, fast delivery.

Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days. Orders placed before 12 PM are dispatched the same day. For metro cities (Chennai, Bengaluru, Mumbai, Delhi), delivery is usually within 2–4 days.

Shipping is FREE on orders above ₹999. For orders below ₹999, shipping is ₹60–80 depending on your location. See our full Shipping Policy for details.

Yes! Once your order is shipped, you'll receive an SMS and email with your tracking number. You can track your order on our Track Order page or directly on the courier's website.

We currently ship within India only. For international orders (UAE, USA, UK, Singapore, etc.), please WhatsApp us for a custom shipping quote.

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for items that are unused, unwashed, with tags intact and in original packaging. Sale items are non-returnable. See our Refund Policy for full details.

Simply WhatsApp us or call us at 89396 05447 within 7 days of receiving your order. Share your order number and photos of the item, and we'll guide you through the process.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. UPI/bank transfer refunds may take 1–2 additional days depending on your bank.

We sincerely apologise! Please WhatsApp or call us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund immediately — no questions asked.

Absolutely! Our showroom at Shop No.2-19, New SMR Complex, Muthupatti Main Road, Madurai is open Mon–Sat: 9 AM–9 PM and Sunday: 10 AM–8 PM. We recommend calling ahead for wholesale visits.

We stock a wide range: Cotton Sarees (handloom, Chettinad, printed), Silk Sarees (Kanchipuram, Banarasi, pure silk), Fancy Sarees (georgette, chiffon, net), Wedding Sarees, Designer Sarees, Stone Work Sarees, plus Kurtis, Tops, Nighties, Men's wear, and Kids' collections.

All our sarees are standard 5.5 metres with 0.8 metre blouse piece (total 6.3m). Some premium sarees include 1.2m blouse piece. Specific measurements are mentioned on each product listing.

Cotton Sarees: Hand wash in cold water with mild detergent. Air dry in shade. Silk Sarees: Dry clean only for best results. Store wrapped in a soft cloth. Fancy/Georgette: Gentle machine wash or hand wash. Avoid wringing. Iron on low heat from the reverse side.

We accept: UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM), Credit & Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay), Net Banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD) for orders below ₹5,000. EMI available on select credit cards for orders above ₹2,500.

Absolutely. Our payment gateway is powered by Razorpay — a PCI DSS-compliant, RBI-regulated payment processor. All transactions are SSL-encrypted and your payment information is never stored on our servers.

Yes! COD is available for orders below ₹5,000. A small convenience fee of ₹30 applies for COD orders. For orders above ₹5,000, we request online payment to confirm the order.
