Return Eligibility
You can return a product within 7 days of delivery if it meets the following conditions:
- ✓Item is unused, unwashed, and undamaged
- ✓Original tags and labels are intact
- ✓Item is in its original packaging
- ✓Return is initiated within 7 days of delivery date
Non-Returnable Items
- ✕Sale / discounted items (unless defective)
- ✕Blouse pieces and stitched items
- ✕Customised or made-to-order items
- ✕Items reported after 7 days of delivery
How to Return

We'll review your request within 24 hours and send you return approval with instructions.
- 3Ship the Item
Pack securely and ship to our Madurai address. Return shipping cost is borne by the customer (unless the item was defective/wrong).
- 4Refund
After inspection, refund is processed in 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Damaged / Wrong Item
If you received a damaged or wrong product, we will arrange a free replacement or full refund — including return shipping. Please report within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
