1. Products & Descriptions
We make every effort to display product colours and details accurately. However, the exact colour may vary slightly due to monitor settings and photographic lighting. Saree measurements stated are approximate and may vary by 2–5 cm.
2. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes. We accept:
- •UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm)
- •Debit/Credit Cards
- •Net Banking
- •Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible orders
- •Bank Transfer for wholesale orders
Prices may change without prior notice. Orders are confirmed only upon receipt of payment.
3. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement by calling or WhatsApping us at 89396 05447. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. Customised or made-to-order items cannot be cancelled after production begins.

5. Returns & Refunds
Please refer to our Refund Policy for eligibility, process, and timelines. Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unused items in original condition.

All content on this website, including images, text, logos, and designs, is the property of Yoga Vinayagar Textiles. Reproduction without written permission is prohibited.
7. Limitation of Liability
Yoga Vinayagar Textiles is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or services beyond the original purchase amount.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Madurai, Tamil Nadu.
